Wolf of London – Yggdrasil
Yggdrasil’s YGG Champions label has a new slot for players with Wolf of London, built by Fish & Chips Games around expanding reels and a collectible system that can carry over between sessions.
In the base game, wins land when three or more matching symbols hit consecutive reels from the left. If more than one of the same symbol lands on a reel, it adds a multiplier to that win. Low-value symbols are a crossbow, a dagger, a gun and a silver bullet, paying between x0.2 and x0.6 of your bet depending on the combination. High-value symbols are character icons in blue, green, purple or red, paying between x0.4 and x1.4 of your wager based on the symbols that land.
The rising moon scatter is the key mechanic. It can expand the reels by one row, up to three rows, and when three scatters land in a single spin it triggers the free spins mode: 10 free spins and a shift into a 5×7 reel.
While you’re in the base game with those expanded reels, red, purple, green and blue stone collectibles can appear on the three expanded reels. Collect five of each color and you’ll be awarded five collection free spins.
Collection free spins have their own paytable twist: “super high paying” diamond symbols in blue, green, purple and red can land, and they only appear in this mode. These diamonds pay between x1 and x4 of the player’s stake.
Fish & Chips Games described the setting shift as moving from “a bus stop in the rain” to “a fog-bound street,” while Yggdrasil’s Phill Taylor said the crystal collection mechanic “saves player progression across sessions” and that the expanding reels build toward the full 5×7 free spins round with enough volatility to support “great win potential.”
Player angle: It’s one to watch if you like slots that build toward bigger reels and keep long-term collection progress, rather than resetting everything when you log off. Check our casino bonuses guide before putting money anywhere.
